Master your life

Are you wondering, “how do I master my life”  are you living your life and just going through the motion.  Feeling like your life is on autopilot and your are just going along for the ride.  Do you hold yourself back from greatness or let others tell you what you can’t do?  

Stop being a spectator in your life and starting focusing and building the life you want to lead whether it is in your personal or professional life. One big roadblock for many women is Impostor Syndrome.  What if you could learn to master your life and quiet the impostor so that you could thrive in your life?   

What are the things that are making you play small in your life?  Have you ever wanted to apply for a job but didn’t have all of the criteria that was listed so you didn’t apply because your inner critic was telling you not to do it?  Or, you applied for the dream job only to be told by HR that this job would be a stretch for you which you now was total BS but you began to question yourself and your skills.  You are not alone.  Many women I speak to  have shared similar experiences with me and all are wanting to know “how can I master my life”?  Impostor messaging can be implicit or explicit but learning to recognize these messages for what they are–holding you back from your own greatness-only then can you move forward.  

Let’s face it…everyone is nervous or maybe feeling less confident when they take on a new job.  Someone who is struggling with impostor syndrome may feel shame or guilt and will really struggle moving forward in their life and will spend many hours in their head feeling bad about themselves or about something they did or didn’t do.
