Impostor Syndrome Program

6 Weeks

Program Requirements:

  • 1-hour weekly video (0n weekend or Monday)
  • 15-minute daily practice via the app
  • Read or listen to Shirzad Chamine’s Positive Intelligence Book (PDF provided)
  • Weekly 45 minute POD meetings with fellow educators and your Mental Fitness Coach
  • Requires only 2% of your day
  • IT requirement:  IOS Version 12 or better, Android Version 6 or more current

Many people, both men and women, secretly worry they are not as bright, talented or qualified as people think they are. In fact 70% of men and women experience impostor syndrome at some point in their lifetime. 

While most people think of impostor syndrome at work, it can also affect other areas of your life including relationships, hobbies, and more. The following list are some areas of life where you might experience impostor syndrome, leading you to underestimate your own abilities and achievements:

During this 6 week program you will learn:

  • Learn the 5 Impostor Personas and the impact they can have on our personal and professional lives 
  • Discuss impostor messaging and nuances
  • Learn what your inner critic is telling you and where that comes from
  • Explore Impostor Syndrome-Perfectionism-Burnout 
  • Shifting from feeling and thinking like an impostor to demonstrating more confident in yourself and your ability to lead others

Happiness Workshop

1/2 Day Workshop

“Have you found happiness?”

Whenever I hear this question, I wonder why happiness is being treated like a lost set of car keys. Talking about “finding” happiness implies that happiness is something we should look for rather than something we must build from within.

Happiness, as it turns out, emerges when you build a certain set of skills – happiness skills. If you develop the right happiness skills, you will experience more happiness. And, if you practice these skills often enough, they’ll become automatic. Happiness, itself, will become a reflex. When happiness becomes a reflex, you no longer have to work at it. It just exists. 

In this workshop, I will share 5 steps that can make happiness second-nature.  I will guide you to focus on high-impact happiness skills. This way, you can jump-start your happiness and make more progress towards developing your happiness reflex. 

 

Building Better Habits Workshop

1/2 Day Workshop

At first glance it may seem like habits are an automatic response that we have no control over, but this is only half true. While habits are learned responses, you do have the power to create or change habits that are not helping you work toward your goals and aspirations. This course will provide you with psychological research, skills, and exercises designed to give you the tools necessary to identify your personal goals and modify your habits to achieve them. With persistence, practice, and patience you can develop the skills necessary to build better habits. 

Building better habits will require you to make changes and take action in your life. This course will provide you with tools to make taking action more manageable in the chaos of everyday life. Learning better time management strategies, completing weekly planning, and boosting your motivation are all ways that you can make taking action a less daunting undertaking.

Impostor Syndrome Workshop

90 Minutes

In this 90-minute interactive workshop, you will learn about impostor syndrome, the different types of impostors, impostor messaging and nuances, and tools to help you begin to address impostor syndrome in the areas of your life that are being impacted.

Personality Dimensions Wellness Workshop:

120 Minutes

In the wellness workshop, we will help participants identify how they can have a greater sense of wellness. This in turn will help them counteract the negative effects of the stress that they are experiencing.  Each participant will receive their own personalized wellness report.

In this interactive workshop we will review the wellness wheel and discuss each component. Individuals will have an opportunity to brainstorm ideas, set goals, and begin to strategize how they would like to take action to improve their personal wellbeing.  

 

Personality Dimensions Workshop: Work/Life Balance

Many people identify finding work-life balance as their number one problem in today’s busy world. Whether juggling a new career and a young family, supporting aging parents, engaging in professional development, or managing some other combination of challenging roles, the demands and pressures can be great.  A Personality Dimensions Work/Life Balance Program offers creative and practical solutions that helps individuals identify what “balance” means to them and learn how to create and maintain a life that is in balance and personally fulfilling.
